This apartment is situated next to a similar property (Property Ref. 398) which can be rented together, offering parents with teenage children or friends the opportunity to holiday together whilst retaining their independence. The pretty and well established village of Fiumelatte claims its unique name from the distinctive frothy river which runs through the village and which is famous in Italy as the country’s shortest river! Fiumelatte provides local residents with a good and authentic Italian restaurant, a local bakery and other local amenities. The beautiful resort town of Varenna can be easily reached in 10 minutes on foot. The ancient medieval town is a mix of different styles with the original medieval centre expanding out to open tree lined liberty style roads with period villas.
